| When my car suddenly overheated and needed to be towed I 100% made the right decision to bring it to Certified Automotive. Not only did Jaime, the owner, care about my car he legit cared about me personally as well. That meant that the world to me. My car was returned in perfect condition and I am happy to say is now running like a new car and not a 10 year old one. |

| These guys are honest, quick , and straightforward. I came to them after taking my car to a dealership where the service was poor and they missed a bunch of things. These guys not only caught everything but photographed the areas and texted me so I could see what they meant. Will be going here for all servicing going forward. Top notch! |

| Jaime is fantastic. Very easy to talk to, super helpful and honest. He didnt know more from a hole in the wall - yet welcomed me, accessed my problem quickly and effectively and got me on the schedule right away. A day later, before he began work - he sent me a picture of additional damage he found (and explained what I was looking at), and completed the work quickly and at a reasonable price. Very happy with CAS and now have a new trusted mechanic in Melrose. Thanks Jaime. |

| I needed a mechanic to inspect a used car that I wanted to buy in the area. I did a search and Certified Automotive Solutions came up. I read some of the reviews and they were good. So I called them and they were able to squeeze me in on the same day to inspect the car. I was happy and appreciative for what they did. Very helpful. |

After getting an insanely high quote from my dealer, I found a helpful alternative with Jaime. In my experience, Jaime was an utmost professional. What I appreciated most was his communication through the process. He explained everything in simple terms, provided pictures of the issues, a detailed breakdown of estimated costs, and had patience with my questions. I?d recommend this place to anyone. |

| Jamie and his men are fantastic. I had initially come in for brakes but ended up needing a few other things instead. My alignment was a little off after I picked the car up, and it was fixed without question or additional charge. I also needed an inspection sticker and Jamie was nice enough to bring the car to get it while it was in the shop, since they don?t do it themselves there. I won?t go anywhere else for major service! |
