| They helped me fix an issue inflicted on me by a ?big box? VW dealer. The bill came in super low, especially when I realized that included new windshield wipers all around. Now I have no reason to go anywhere else whether it?s for an oil change or for a major service. They?re all hooked up to text messaging and CARFAX. Outstanding. |

| Great service. Knowledgeable. Honest. Very fair. Great guys and the do excellent work. Plus they stand by their work 100%. Free ride home and pickup if needed. Gave me a free rental when they ran into some issues and were going to be a day late on head gasket and timing belt job. I highly recommend this company. |

| I had a dismal experience at Kelly VW, where they charged a lot and did not fix the issue. A friend referred me to Certified Automotive in Melrose. The team there fixed the issue. The bill was less than 10% of what I paid at the dealer and that included front and rear wiper blades! Amazing service. This is my new mechanic. Thank you guys. |

| After a recommendation from Stephen?s Autobody I took my 2010 Ford Escape to Certified Auto of Melrose to take care of a few items and see where my car stood for it?s annual inspection. There were a number of items that had to be addressed, some which I was surprised the Ford Dealers had not picked up on. Certified Auto did a complete analysis of where my car was, shared photos of exactly what was an issue and was able to fix everything quickly. Their goal is to keep me in my car for another 100,000 miles. My Escape hasn?t driven this good in years after The work from Certified Auto was completed. I?m not looking to go anywhere else for my car now that I?ve found Certified Auto. |
