| Couldn?t find a mechanic who would work on my 2005 Ford F-150 pick up. Was told I needed a new motor. I spoke with Manny and Jaime who said they he would look at it and diagnose the problem then we would look at the options of new motor if needed. They fixed the problem ( clogged catalytic converter and coil packs) and the truck runs as good as the day I bought it! Great mechanics and nice guys. I highly recommend them. |

| I recently brought my Ford Escape to Jamie and the team at Certified Automotive Solutions and was so pleased with their service. I usually bring my car back to the dealership for maintenance, but I'll be going to CAS going forward. The digital report with photos is so helpful and their customer service is top-notch. They even drove my car home to me at the end of the service since I didn't have a ride to pick it up. Cannot recommend them enough. |

| I went there after being told I needed $1700 of work on my car from a Honda dealership. I wanted a second opinion and found Certified on Google. Jamie was wonderful and showed me exactly what needed to be done, which didn't include a $400 repair quoted by the dealership. I felt my concerns were heard and I was treated with respect and honesty. I am thrilled that I found myself an honest mechanic and plan to return for any future concerns. |

| The Customer service, repair work, Building/Shop/Reception area, and staff are all top notch. I received expert service by ASE certified Master Technicians at a great price. They also have an excellent text to customer system which keeps you updated on your repair. If you want quality expert service, give them a call for your next repair job! |

| Dropped my car off for 2 new front tires. Kenny was super friendly, super professional. They went thru all the safety measures and sent pictures of everything that needed to be replaced. My car was done within a few hours. Highly recommended |

I just recently moved to Melrose and was a little nervous about being able to find an auto repair shop that I trust, but couldn't be happier with their service (Jaime was amazing!). Would definitely recommend to any friend or family member. Will be taking our cars there whenever we have issues in the future. |

| They helped me fix an issue inflicted on me by a ?big box? VW dealer. The bill came in super low, especially when I realized that included new windshield wipers all around. Now I have no reason to go anywhere else whether it?s for an oil change or for a major service. They?re all hooked up to text messaging and CARFAX. Outstanding. |
