| I always get good service and everyone is nice. However, 2 days after my oil change and battery check and get an email from you saying it?s time to check several other things. Frustrating!!! |

| You can also read my review on yelp. I think this place is dishonest . They quoted me 35% above the market price because I was is a vulnerable position. I called 3 other shops who all told me a price that was cheaper with better parts . As well when they initially gave me a quote for $2400 and told me I can finance! Can you believe it I?m goin in for a simple fix and he added services to increase his revenue then says I should open up a line of credit with his shop to pay for the repairs I don?t need and didn?t come in for.Even though the real cost to fix the problem was $510 flat from Meineke, VIP, and Goodyear. I regret calling this place as they ripped me off and scammed me . I suggest everyone is really careful when dealing with the owner of this shop. Then when I asked for an updated quote the owner said I should trust him . Even though the law says he has to provide a written quote before working on any vehicle . I think the attorney general should be aware of their deceptive practices. |
