| When my car suddenly overheated and needed to be towed I 100% made the right decision to bring it to Certified Automotive. Not only did Jaime, the owner, care about my car he legit cared about me personally as well. That meant that the world to me. My car was returned in perfect condition and I am happy to say is now running like a new car and not a 10 year old one. |

| These guys are honest, quick , and straightforward. I came to them after taking my car to a dealership where the service was poor and they missed a bunch of things. | Jaime is fantastic. Very easy to talk to, super helpful and honest. He didnt know more from a hole in the wall - yet welcomed me, accessed my problem quickly and effectively and got me on the schedule right away. A day later, before he began work - he sent me a picture of additional damage he found (and explained what I was looking at), and completed the work quickly and at a reasonable price. Very happy with CAS and now have a new trusted mechanic in Melrose. Thanks Jaime. |

| Recently became a new customer and they brought me in and made me feel like I?ve been going there for years. They fixed what was wrong and even replaced my windshield while they were at it! Certified automotive solutions is the only place I?ll go to get work done to my Volvo XC90 |

| Strongly recommend this shop for my Melrose friends. Vehicle is always ready when promised and all tasks are completed as requested (some shops forget a tire rotation during a 90K service). |
